A little about me to help you decide if we might be a good match!

I work in a heart-centred way and move through my days with presence, conscious of how I impact others and the world around me. I encourage others to connect to the light of their heart and share how the power and intelligence of our heart and its wisdom, can be accessed and experienced by all.

My deep commitment to personal growth and contemplative practice for over 4 decades underpins my approach, and the presence I bring to my work. In a holistic way, I weave together academic learning, psychotherapeutic experience and skills with embodiment practices, energetic healing and mindfulness.

All this has prepared me to more easily understand others’ contemporary life challenges, with an ability to guide you in exploring yours.

I’m also a skilled practitioner of Frequency and Light technology ‘medicine’ and love sharing with others all I know about the benefits and healing with these innovative technologies, a flow on from the vibrational work I’ve been involved in for 23 years – EFT (emotional freedom techniques) that can be applied to just about every emotional, health and performance issue you can name, and it often works where nothing else will; as well as the science of Epigenetics.

In an alchemical way, I also ‘work’ with the frequency of 52 Roses each carrying ancient codes of light. They hold the light of the divine feminine Christ consciousness, a high frequency pathway of conscious awakening. Roses are portals into our heart, and invite us to receive their golden essence and balm for deep nourishment of your feminine self.
